Addison Rotary Meeting Members present:
Guests: Ricky Anthony, Kevin Connell The meeting, which was held at Solace 601, opened with Pledge and 4-Way Test. George Ellefsen has the check from the Mayor's Ball and will turn it over to Tom Geraghty. Upcoming programs are as follows: January 7 – Tom Geraghty Don Weiss asked whether the club would be interested in hosting a Candidates Luncheon in early March. Kiwanis and the Addison Chamber of Commerce and Industry will also be invited to participate. Bill Schaub announced that he has five remaining cases of fruit at Sir Speedy. He needs any outstanding payments for fruit to be turned in. Cal George spoke about the membership drive, encouraging all members to invite guests and potential new members to attend a meeting. We will hold a breakfast meeting as part of the membership drive. Cal has contacted the Assistant Governor. Matt Delawder suggested that district funding may be available for the event. Gary Sinagra and his barbershop quartet entertained the group with a number of musical selections. The meeting adjourned at 1:40pm |
