The drawing for the winner of the car raffle will be held January 2. Not enough tickets have been sold to support the raffle, so the membership has the following options to consider:

Plan B - ask the winner if he/she will be willing to accept a lesser prize-- the funds that have been collected-rather than the car lease

Plan C - Give the $12,000 prize and bill membership an additional $125 on a quarterly basis next year to make up the difference.

Plan D - Give the $12,00 prize and make up the difference through future fundraising efforts

Plan E - Give tax receipt for $12,000 and ask winner to 'donate back' overage, giving winner a tax deduction for the difference

Plan F - Extend ticket sales one more month

Plan X - Call ticket buyers and offer to give them their ticket purchase cost back

Bill Schaub collected the citrus fruit money which will be deposited. There are 12 more cases of oranges and 7 cases of grapefruit left. Bill will bring the extras to the next meeting.

Three District 4 schools are participating in Heifer International projects with the Rotary. Indian Trail and Fullerton each donated $500 for the purchase of cows, Lake Park School donated $200 to purchase honeybees and hives.
